塑料大棚内栽培的芹菜(Apium gravelens)于“立心期“喷BR(0.01ppm),GA_3(25ppm)于叶面,对照喷清水,以最高叶测株高,随机取样10株为一组,重复三次测平均重量。收获前定株定叶位离地表10cm处取叶柄鲜样测定各种指标的结果表明:1.芹菜经BR与GA_3处理后,其鲜重与叶长度都比对照高些,而GA_3促进作用大一点;2.经BR与GA_3处理的芹菜叶柄总糖含量都有不同程度减少,而GA_3减少量多些;3.经BR与GA_3处理后,“空梗类型”的两个芹菜品种Vc含量均减少;而“实梗类型”的两个品种却都提高,BR处理的比GA_3提高含量多些;4.BR处理后,叶柄的叶绿素含量略微提高,而GA_3处理的则降低。
Apium gravelens grown in plastic greenhouse were sprayed with BR (0.01ppm) and GA_3 (25ppm) on the foliage at the “vertical center” Repeated three times to measure the average weight. The total sugar content of the petiole of celery treated with BR and GA_3 decreased to some extent and the amount of GA_3 decreased more.3. The Vc content of two celery cultivars with “empty stem type” after treated with BR and GA_3 Decreased, whereas both varieties of “real stem type” increased but BR increased more than GA_3. 4. After treatment with BR, chlorophyll content of petiole slightly increased, but GA 3 decreased.
