提出了基于免疫原理的故障在线检测及诊断系统。用基于人工免疫的进化学习机制实现对检测对象异常工作状态下获得的非己模式串的学习和记忆;利用学习结果和系统故障信息库知识区分和标记不同故障在状态空间上对应的区域。应用于机床齿轮箱故障检测和诊断表明该方法有效。
A fault online detection and diagnosis system based on immune principle is proposed. The learning and memory of the non-self-pattern strings obtained under the abnormal working condition of the testing object are realized by the evolutionary learning mechanism based on artificial immunity. The knowledge of the learning result and the system fault information bank is used to distinguish and mark the corresponding regions of the different faults in the state space. The detection and diagnosis of gearboxes used in machine tool show that this method is effective.
