目的应用三维斑点追踪技术检测2型糖尿病患者左心室三维位移及扭转。方法合并微血管病变的2型糖尿病患者33例(糖尿病组)和体检健康者30例(对照组),采集左心室全容积图像输入TOMTEC软件,计算左心室16节段三维位移,心尖部、基底部及左心室整体扭转角度。结果与对照组比较,糖尿病组前间隔、前壁、后壁基底部和中间部,侧壁中间部,下壁基底部、心尖部,后间隔中间部、心尖部三维位移均减低(P<0.05);糖尿病组心尖扭转角度和整体扭转角度较对照组减低(P<0.05)。结论三维斑点追踪技术可准确反映糖尿病患者左心室收缩功能的变化,是一种简单、省时、可靠的超声新技术,对评价糖尿病患者左心功能有较高应用价值。
Objective To detect left ventricular three-dimensional displacement and torsion in patients with type 2 diabetes by three-dimensional speckle tracking. Methods Thirty-three patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM group) and 30 healthy subjects (control group) with microangiopathy were enrolled in this study. Conclusion The three-dimensional speckle tracking technique can accurately reflect the change of left ventricular systolic function in diabetic patients. It is a simple, time-saving and reliable new ultrasound technique and has a high value for evaluating left ventricular function in diabetic patients.
