PWR 燃料组件定位格架夹持力在辐照场中的松弛行为是定位格架设计中值得重视的问题。本文介绍了定位格架夹持力辐照松弛研究中几种适用的测量方法及其特点,如在实验室研究中测定位格架弹簧力的松弛,在辐照后的17×17验证组件中测燃料棒在栅元中的移动力和滑动力、在抽出燃料棒的空栅元中测栅元摩擦力及栅元尺寸等方法。经比较,各种方法测得的结果基本一致。根据实测结果,还分析了定位格架夹持力辐照松弛的主要影响因素,如快中子积分通量、材料、几何形状、热处理制度及燃料棒直径变化等。说明对新设计的定位格架进行真实工况下的堆内辐照试验颇有意义。
The relaxation behavior of PWR fuel assembly positioning grid holding force in the irradiation field is a significant issue in the design of positioning grid. In this paper, we introduce some applicable measurement methods and their characteristics in the study of radiation relaxation of the spacer grid. For example, the relaxation of the spring force of the grid spacer in the laboratory study was measured. After irradiation, the 17 × 17 verification module Measure the moving force and sliding force of the fuel rods in the cell, the method of measuring the cell friction and cell size in the empty cells from which the fuel rods are drawn. By comparison, the results of various methods are basically the same. According to the measured results, the main influencing factors such as fast neutron fluence, material, geometry, heat treatment system and fuel rod diameter variation were also analyzed. This shows that it is significant for the newly designed positioning grid to conduct the in-reactor irradiation test in real conditions.
