对１９８５年１月至１９９６年６月间手术治疗的２９１例前列腺增生症病人进行随访；用国际前列腺症状评分、生活质量评分和尿流率曲线对手术效果进行评价。发现单用１项指标评价均带有一定的片面性，而３项指标联合应用则比较全面而客观。建议在评价前列腺增生症的治疗效果时，常规联合应用这３项指标，以客观地反映真实情况。
A total of 291 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were surgically treated between January 1985 and June 1996. Prostate symptoms scores, quality of life scores and urinary flow rate were used to evaluate the surgical outcomes. It is found that there is a certain one-sidedness in the evaluation of a single index, while the combination of the three indicators is more comprehensive and objective. Proposed in the evaluation of the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia, the conventional combination of these three indicators to objectively reflect the real situation.
