煤炭生产是复杂连续生产过程,主要包括三个阶段:采煤阶段、提升阶段和装车阶段,每个生产阶段由多台需要每天进行预防性检修的设备组成。实际生产过程中,各阶段的调度人员根据经验独立制定检修计划与生产计划,使得采区煤仓和地面煤仓数量受限,导致机器额外停机和火车不能装车产生等待。从整体角度研究煤炭生产系统协同调度问题,提出一种混合遗传算法,将算法应用煤炭企业生产实践有效解决企业调度问题。
Coal production is a complex and continuous process that consists of three phases: the coal mining phase, the lifting phase and the loading phase. Each phase of production consists of several units that require preventive maintenance on a daily basis. In the actual production process, the dispatchers at all stages independently formulate maintenance plans and production plans based on experience, which makes the coal bunker and ground coal bunkers in the mining area limited in number, resulting in additional downtime of the machine and waiting for the train to be loaded. From a holistic perspective, this paper studies the problem of coordinated scheduling in coal production system. A hybrid genetic algorithm is proposed to solve the problem of enterprise scheduling by applying the algorithm of coal production practice.
