目的:探讨二孩政策开放后妇产科护士职业疲惫与心理状况及社会支持的关系。方法:以绍兴市中医院、中心医院、妇幼保健院120名妇产科护士为调查对象,在二孩政策开放前1年及开放后1年,采用职业疲惫量表、症状自评量表(SCL-90)、社会支持量表(SSRS)对其进行调查,并分析妇产科护士职业疲惫与心理状况及社会支持现状的关系。结果:二孩政策开放后妇产科护士人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑因子评分显著高于开放前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。去人格化、情感耗竭、职业疲惫感评分均高于二孩政策开放前,而职业成就感则低于二孩政策开放前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。妇产科护士支持总分、主观支持、客观支持及支持利用度等方面评分与二孩政策开放前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经Pearson积矩相关分析,产科护士职业疲惫感总评分与焦虑、抑郁及人际敏感呈正相关,职业疲惫感与支持总分及支持利用度呈负相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);职业成就感与焦虑、抑郁及人际敏感呈负相关,职业成就感与支持总分及支持利用度呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:二孩政策开放后妇产科护士并没有获得足够的社会支持,导致护士职业疲惫感及不良的情绪增加,应引起重视。
Objective: To explore the relationship between occupational fatigue and psychological status and social support of gynecological and nurse nurses after the second child policy is opened. Methods: A total of 120 obstetrics and gynecology nurses in Shaoxing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Central Hospital and Maternal and Child Health Hospital were investigated. One year before the second child policy was opened and one year after the first child policy was opened, occupational fatigue scale, Symptom Checklist 90 SCL-90) and Social Support Scale (SSRS), and analyzed the relationship between occupational fatigue and psychological status and social support status of obstetrics and gynecology nurses. Results: The rate of interpersonal sensitivity, depression and anxiety of obstetrics and gynecology nurses after the second child policy was opened was significantly higher than that before open policy (P <0.05). Personality, emotional exhaustion, professional fatigue scores were higher than the second child policy before the opening, while the sense of accomplishment of the two children is lower than before the policy was opened, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Obstetrics and Gynecology nurses support score, subjective support, objective support and support for utilization and other aspects of scoring and second child policy before opening, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). According to the Pearson product moment correlation analysis, the total scores of occupational fatigue in obstetric nurses were positively correlated with anxiety, depression and interpersonal sensitivity. The occupational fatigue was negatively correlated with the total score of supportiveness and the degree of supportive utilization. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was a positive correlation between occupational accomplishment and anxiety, depression and interpersonal sensitivity. There was a positive correlation between occupational accomplishment and support scores and support utilization, with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion: Obstetrics and gynecology nurses did not get enough social support after the second child policy was opened, which led to the fatigue and negative emotions of nurses.
