本文拟定用抗坏血酸络合,活性炭吸附的方法分离富集银(Ⅰ),研究了活性炭吸附和解吸银的条件,排除了常见金属阳离子对测定银的干扰,并采用银(Ⅰ)-镉试剂-吐温80分光光度法测定了200ml自来水中微克级的银,回收率在90%-94%。
In this paper, silver (Ⅰ) was separated and enriched by ascorbic acid complexation and activated carbon adsorption. The conditions for the adsorption and desorption of silver by activated carbon were studied. The interference of common metal cations to the determination of silver was eliminated. Silver (Ⅰ) Tween 80 spectrophotometric determination of micrograms of silver in 200ml of tap water, the recovery rate of 90% -94%.
