随着体育运动的发展,运动员的运动量不断地增加,腰椎负荷随之加大,腰部损伤问题越发突出,它严重影响、威胁着运动员的运动寿命。因此,腰部损伤的预防和治疗是不容忽视的,而要解决腰椎损伤的一系列问题,必要前提是要了解腰部的结构功能。本文从人体解剖学特点、生物学以及生物力学的角度对腰部的结构及生物力学性质进行研究,阐述了腰椎损伤的发生机制及保护、预防的措施。
With the development of sports, athletes continue to increase the amount of exercise, followed by increased lumbar load, the more prominent waist injury, which seriously affected the threat to the athletic life of athletes. Therefore, the prevention and treatment of lumbar injury can not be ignored, and to solve a series of problems of lumbar injury, the necessary prerequisite is to understand the structural function of the waist. This paper studies the structure and biomechanical properties of lumbar from the perspective of human anatomy, biology and biomechanics, and expounds the mechanism of lumbar injury and the measures of protection and prevention.
