本文提出在非离子表面活性剂存在下,借助成 Sc-5-Br-PADAP 的有色络合物,分光光度测定微量钪。该络合物在 pH6—8,具有表观摩尔吸光系数为4.5×10~4升·摩尔~(-1)·厘米~(-1)(在560nm),组成比是 Sc~(3+):5-Br-PADAP=1:1。钪含量在0—50μg/25ml 符合比耳定律。方法经萃取分离干扰后,已用于测定一些矿石中的微量钪。
This paper proposes the spectrophotometric determination of scandium with the aid of non-ionic surfactants in the presence of non-colored surface-forming complexes of Sc-5-Br-PADAP. The complex has an apparent molar absorptivity of 4.5 × 10 4 L · mol -1 · cm -1 (at 560 nm) at a pH of 6-8, and the composition ratio is Sc 3+. : 5-Br-PADAP = 1: 1. Scandium content in 0-50μg / 25ml consistent with Beer’s law. The method has been used for the determination of trace scandium in some ores after extraction and separation.
