作者进行前瞻性双盲临床试验,评价肌肉注射氯丙嗪治疗急性偏头痛发作的效果。 36例偏头痛发作的急诊病人,随机分成A、B两组,A组(19例)肌肉注射氯丙嗪(1毫克/公斤),B组(17例)给予安慰剂。每15分钟监测1次症状解除、副作用等状况,连续1小时。效果分为头痛加重、无改善、部分改善、基本缓解和完全缓解,后两者为治疗成功。治疗成功者,A、B2组分别为9例(47.4％)和4例
The prospective, double-blind clinical trial evaluated the efficacy of intramuscular injection of chlorpromazine in the treatment of acute migraine attacks. Thirty-six patients with migraine attacks were randomly assigned to A and B groups. Group A (n = 19) received intramuscular injection of chlorpromazine (1 mg / kg) and group B (n = 17) received placebo. Monitoring every 15 minutes to relieve symptoms, side effects and other conditions, continuous 1 hour.
