丽泽金融商务区D10综合楼是呈反对称布置的一对弱连接框剪结构双塔高层建筑,与门式钢架门厅组成建筑群。高塔99m,比较规则;低塔70m,带长悬挑桁架;裙房3层,有长悬挑板,门厅带悬挂走廊。设计过程中针对弱连接裙房双塔结构的布置原则、长悬挑结构的加强方式及防连续倒塌设计、门式钢架门厅的舒适度控制,进行了细致分析,对一些关键构件明确了加强措施。此外,弱连接双塔底盘的计算地震剪力明显小于双塔底层的地震剪力之和,为保证安全度,采用SRSS方法对双塔底盘地震剪力进行加强性调整;长悬挑结构导致部分楼层框架承担的剪力超过25%,规范调整方法不再适用,采取针对性调整方法;软件对带V形支撑斜杆楼层的抗剪承载力计算方法有误,薄弱层判断失真,采取针对性计算方法。
