在氩气保护,真空条件下制备Mg-12Li-3Gd-3Y-0.6Zr合金。通过金相组织观察、SEM、XRD和拉伸力学性能测试等手段,研究了轧制变形量对该合金的组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:随变形量增大,β-Li相逐渐减少,Mg2Gd相析出增多,且更加细小、弥散。材料的抗拉强度和伸长率明显提高,当变形量为40%、60%、80%时,材料的抗拉强度为134、141、153 MPa,伸长率为25%、29%、33%。
The Mg-12Li-3Gd-3Y-0.6Zr alloy was prepared under argon and vacuum conditions. The effects of rolling deformation on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy were investigated by means of metallographic observation, SEM, XRD and tensile mechanical properties testing. The results show that with the increase of deformation, the β-Li phase decreases gradually, the precipitation of Mg2Gd phase increases, and more fine and dispersed. The tensile strength and elongation of the material are obviously improved. When the deformation is 40%, 60%, 80%, the tensile strength of the material is 134,141,153 MPa, the elongation is 25%, 29%, 33% .
