高职院校毕业生应以其“懂理论、会操作、能管理、职业意识强”等特点逐渐受到社会的普遍认可和关注,也应愈来愈赢得用人单位的青睐。然而分析近几年的就业实际,情况却并不乐观。笔者根据多年就业指导工作的实践,对高职毕业生就业存在的问题作如下简要分析并提出解决问题的对策,以期向各位同行讨教。一、影响离职毕业生就业原因分析最近几年,高等职业技术教育虽然得到了长足发展,也产生了一定的社会效益,但与普通高等教育相比,其影响力和社会知名度还远远不够。高级技术应用型人才的培养目标和人才培养模式仍然不被许多人了解和认可,鄙薄高等职业教育的思想观念至今仍广泛存在。高职学院由于主客观原因使其不能完
Graduates of higher vocational colleges should be gradually recognized and concerned by the society due to their characteristics of “understanding theory, operation, management, and professional awareness”, and should also be more and more favored by employers. However, analyzing the actual employment in recent years, the situation is not optimistic. Based on the practice of many years of employment guidance, the author makes the following brief analysis of the problems existing in the employment of higher vocational graduates and puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problems, in the hope of asking colleagues for advice. The training objectives and personnel training mode for advanced technical and applied talents are still not known and recognized by many people.
