Objective To explore the application effect of the concept of blood donation rate of one thousand in population in Shijiazhuang, Shijiazhuang, and to explore the rational development direction of blood recruitment in combination with the development trend of blood collection and supply in the center so as to effectively improve the blood collection efficiency. Methods The population of Shijiazhuang from 2012 to 2015 was divided into upper and lower segments according to the age-appropriate blood donation segment. The blood donation rate (‰), blood donation (‰) per thousand population and blood donation rate (‰) per 1000 population were calculated. Demographic data for statistical analysis, P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results In recent years, the proportion of population in the juvenile group and elderly group in Shijiazhuang increased year by year. The proportion of population in the age-appropriate blood donation group decreased year by year. The population of the age-appropriate blood donation group in the next few years continued to decrease. Conclusions There are significant differences in the three rates of blood donation, blood donation per thousand and blood donation per thousand for the population measured by the resident population. Among them, the blood donation / number / blood donation rate of 1000 population-dependent blood donors is better Reflect the blood of local blood collection capabilities, suitable as a blood cell industry indicators between the comparison. Collecting and donating blood donors should take the blood donation rate of the blood donors as the core index to improve the blood collecting efficiency by increasing the blood donation frequency and increasing the collecting rate of 400 m L for the appropriate age group.
