目的研究对重症脑卒中患者早期营养护理的价值。方法将符合条件的106例重症脑卒中患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组早期给予营养护理,对照组给予常规治疗。比较两组患者的免疫功能和营养状况指标。结果两组治疗2周后观察组免疫功能和营养状况指标均明显高于对照组,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重症脑卒中患者早期营养护理有助于改善患者营养状况,且利于提高患者免疫能力。
Objective To study the value of early nutritional care in patients with severe stroke. Methods A total of 106 patients with severe stroke who were eligible were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was given nutrition nursing at an early stage, while the control group was given routine treatment. The immune function and nutritional status of the two groups were compared. Results Two weeks after treatment, the immune function and nutritional status of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Early nutritional nursing in patients with severe stroke helps to improve the nutritional status of patients and help to improve the immune capacity of patients.
