压盖多工位级进模的原企业排样设计方案为纵向单排,本文提出倾斜双排和倾斜三排的排样设计方案。研究发现倾斜三排排样设计虽然材料利用率最高,但其模具结构使其模具体积庞大,对冲制设备的要求超出该厂现有设备的能力。通过对材料利用率、模具复杂程度以及企业现有设备等方面综合分析,最后采用倾斜双排的新方案。与纵向单排相比,新方案的材料利用率从55%提高到76%,生产成本大为降低。
Grating multi-station progressive die original business layout design for the vertical single row, this paper proposed inclined double row and inclined three rows of the layout design. The study found that the tilted three-row sampling design maximizes material utilization, but its mold structure makes its mold bulky and requires hedging equipment beyond the plant's existing equipment. Through the utilization of materials, mold complexity and enterprise existing equipment and other aspects of a comprehensive analysis, the final tilt double row of the new program. Compared with the vertical single row, the new program material utilization increased from 55% to 76%, greatly reducing production costs.
