受地域发展不平衡制约,我国农村和城市学前教育资源呈现两极分化的局面,很大程度上影响了学前教育的质量和发展进程。均衡城市和农村学前教育财政投入、幼儿教师师资队伍的建设、严格学前教育资源管理,对我国学前教育的全面整体发展起至关重要的作用。当前学前教育发展不均衡问题日益严峻。笔者通过对城乡学前教育现状的分析,提出提高认识、更新理念,从机制上进行创新,培养师资力量,以及加大国家对农村学前教育的投入,发挥政府的服务职能等措施,来推荐农村教育建设的发展,缩小城乡学前教育资源的差距。
Due to the unbalanced geographical development, the pre-school education resources in rural areas and cities in our country have been polarized and greatly affected the quality and development of pre-school education. The balanced investment in pre-school education in urban and rural areas, the construction of preschool teacher faculty and the strict management of preschool education resources play an important role in the overall overall development of preschool education in our country. The current unbalanced development of pre-school education is becoming more and more serious. Through the analysis of the status quo of pre-school education in urban and rural areas, the author puts forward some measures to improve rural education, such as raising awareness, renewing the concept, innovating from the mechanism, training the teachers, increasing the state’s investment in preschool education in rural areas and giving play to the government’s service functions. Construction of development, narrow the gap between urban and rural preschool education resources.
