采用茚三酮比色法测定茶叶中游离氨基酸的含量,确定以茶氨酸为标准溶液工作液的最佳反应条件。p H=8.0的磷酸盐缓冲溶液和2%的茚三酮溶液各0.5 ml,沸水浴加热15 min,冷却10 min,定容至25 ml,在最大吸收波长570 nm处测定吸光度。
The content of free amino acids in tea was determined by ninhydrin colorimetric method, and the optimum reaction conditions for working solution of theanine as standard solution were determined. pH = 8.0 phosphate buffer solution and 2% ninhydrin solution of 0.5 ml, boiling water bath heating 15 min, cooling 10 min, constant volume to 25 ml, the absorbance was measured at a maximum absorption wavelength of 570 nm.
