目的:对新疆膨润土水分散液的流变学性质进行系统研究。方法:采用NDJ-79型旋转式粘度计,以不同切变速率下切变应力的变化,于(25±0.5)℃测试不同浓度水分散液的流变学性质。结果:确立了新疆膨润土水分散液的流动特性为塑性兼触变流动,绘制了其不同浓度水分散液流变曲线,并建立了塑性粘度U、塑变值f与浓度c的函数关系lgU=1.86lgc-4.288,lgf=0.169+0.02456c。结论:该分散液适用于药物制剂
Objective: To systematically study the rheological properties of bentonite aqueous dispersions in Xinjiang. Methods: The rheological properties of aqueous dispersions with different concentrations were tested at (25 ± 0.5) ℃ by using NDJ-79 rotary viscometer with varying shear stress at different shear rates. Results: The flow behavior of bentonite aqueous dispersion in Xinjiang was established as plastic and thixotropic flow. The rheological curves of aqueous dispersions with different concentrations were drawn and the plastic viscosity U was established. The plastic deformation value f was related to the concentration c lgU = 1.86lgc-4.288, lgf = 0.169 + 0.02456c. Conclusion: This dispersion is suitable for pharmaceutical preparations
