目的了解洋葱伯克霍尔德菌临床感染现状及对常用抗菌药物的耐药性,指导临床合理用药。方法应用生物梅里埃API 20NE对菌株进行鉴定;应用K-B纸片法检测洋葱伯克霍尔德菌对临床常用19种抗生素耐药性。结果两年来共分离到44株洋葱伯克霍尔德菌。此菌对美罗培南敏感率最高(75.0%),其次为复方新诺明69.4%,哌拉西林68.2%和头孢他啶65.9%。对其它监测药物呈高度耐药性。结论洋葱伯克霍尔德菌在临床的分离率逐年增加,多为重症病人医院感染。此菌对临床常用抗菌药物呈多重、高度耐药。临床对此菌的治疗应参考药敏试验,并控制预防医院感染的爆发流行。
Objective To understand the status quo of Burkholderia cepacia infection and its resistance to common antibacterials and to guide the rational use of drugs. Methods The strain was identified by bioMérieux API 20NE. The antibacterial activity of Burkholderia cepacia on 19 commonly used antibiotics was tested by K-B method. As a result, a total of 44 Burkholderia cepacia were isolated in two years. The sensitivity of this bacterium to meropenem was the highest (75.0%), followed by 69.4% of cotrimoxazole, 68.2% of piperacillin and 65.9% of ceftazidime. Highly resistant to other surveillance drugs. Conclusion Burkholderia cepacia clinical isolates increased year by year, mostly for critically ill patients with nosocomial infections. This bacteria is commonly used in clinical antibacterial multiple, highly resistant. Clinical treatment of this bacteria should refer to drug susceptibility testing, and control the prevention of nosocomial infections outbreak.
