挖掘机的铸造零件,一般生产批量不大,铸件种类较多。欲实现机械造型,首先要解决工艺装备问题(现在,往往造型机已经安装好了,仍不能充分发挥作用)。我厂铸钢车间过去由于缺少适合于造型机使用的型板,而使造型机迟迟不能使用。根据以往的经验,搞一套金属模型板,从设计到制成投产最快也须半年时间,而我厂现有设计和制造金属模型板的能力又非常薄弱。为此,我们制成一种木衬板式型板。从1972年开始试制,在不到半年的时间内,推广到42种铸件上,目前已达180余种。造型机得到了充分的利用。 Excavator casting parts, the general production volume is not large, more types of castings.
