针对水库群与河道堤防联合调度系统的集成需求,以图论技术、面向对象技术、对象持久化技术等为核心,分析了解决水库群与河道堤防联合调度系统集成的关键技术问题,采用Java、JSP/Servlet、JavaBean、Hi-bernate、Web GIS等技术,设计开发了以Web服务器和数据库为中心的四层体系结构的水库群与河道堤防联合调度系统。实例运行结果表明,该系统实现了基于实时雨水工情信息和未来一定时期内的多种可能降雨预报信息,可制定多种可行的水库群防洪调度方案。
In view of the integrated demand of the joint dispatch system of reservoir group and river embankment, this paper analyzes the key technical problems of integrating the dispatching system of reservoir group and river embankment based on graph theory, object-oriented technology and object persistence technology. With Java, JSP / Servlet, JavaBean, Hi-tech, Web GIS and other technologies, we design and develop a four-tiered system of reservoir group and river embankment dispatching system based on Web server and database. The results show that the system can realize a variety of feasible reservoir flood control scheduling schemes based on real-time rainwater conditions information and a variety of possible rainfall forecast information in a certain period of time in the future.
