碘苯酯脊髓造影后12～24小时,传统保持水平体位,以减少脑脊液漏出和减少头痛发生率。阿米培克腰段脊髓造影还涉及到一些其它付作用,如恶心、呕吐、后背和肢体痛。本研究系为判断阿米培克脊髓造影后病人体位对反应的影响。患者分为三组。A 组患者水平卧位至少12小时不能活动。B 组患者卧床至少12小时,不允许活动,床头端抬高45°,而睡眠时为30°。C 组患者可活动,可靠轮椅在病房内活动并鼓励其散步。

Amipenem lumbar myelography also involves a number of other side effects such as nausea, vomiting, back and limb pain. This study was designed to determine the effect of patient position on the response to ampeptone after myelography. Patients were divided into three groups. A group of patients horizontal position at least 12 hours can not be active. Patients in group B were placed in bed for at least 12 hours, activity was not allowed, head end elevation was 45 °, and sleep was 30 °. Patients in group C were active and reliable wheelchairs were active in the ward and encourage their walking.
