在稳流试验台上试验直喷式柴油机进气道时,要解决好测量方法和试验方法两个问题。无论加装限流孔板与否,模拟气缸测速截面上一般不存在轴向流速均布的刚体涡流。因此,叶片风速计测量误差甚大。整流器是一种合理的测量工具。非稳定流动的稳定流动模拟法是较合理的试验方法。当采用整流器作为测量工具,并以η_v 和Ω_I 作为评定指标时,其测试结果可较确切地衡量进气道的优劣。
When testing the inlet of a direct injection diesel engine on a steady flow test rig, two problems of the measurement method and the test method should be solved. No matter whether the orifice plate is installed or not, there is generally no rigid-body vortex with uniform axial velocity on the simulated cylinder’s velocity section. Therefore, the blade anemometer measurement error is very large. Rectifier is a reasonable measurement tool. Stable flow of non-steady flow simulation method is a more reasonable test method. When the rectifier as a measuring tool, and η_v and Ω_I as the assessment index, the test results can be more accurately measure the merits of the inlet.
