Under the precondition of abiding by the law, people can freely express their own opinions and supervise government work. As an effective platform for supervision, the media is an important guarantee for establishing a fair society. This article aims at the problems existing in the media restricting the administrative power and puts forward reasonable suggestions on the improvement of the restriction methods.
