本文认为,西北地区少数民族新闻传播市场化呈现出以党报、党刊、党台与非党报、党刊、党台为主体的二元争竞争格局,并呈现出非均衡发展对国家认同柔弱化的态势。本文重点论述了西北少数民族新闻传播市场化与国家认同的互涉关系,认为党报、党刊、党台新闻宣传对国家认同及其公民社会的建立不仅会起到宣传作用,而且会起到教育作用。如果宣传、教育不当,会对国家认同起到侵蚀消解的作用。认为在社会主义市场体制下,构建、完善“一体两翼”的传播机制,是强化国家认同的关键,并在国家认同和公民教育的互惠关系中,论述了构建、完善公民教育是国家认同的根本途径。
