[目的]建立一种同时分析抑霉唑和咯菌腈的高效液相色谱法。[方法]采用Inertsil C_(8-3)色谱柱和二极管阵列检测器,以乙腈-水(体积比96∶4)为流动相,在220 nm波长下,对25%抑霉唑·咯菌腈悬乳剂进行定性定量分析。[结果]抑霉唑和咯菌腈的相对标准偏差分别为0.86%和0.98%,线性相关系数分别为0.9991、0.9991,平均回收率分别为95.56%和97.89%。[结论]高效液相色谱法灵敏快速,适合25%抑霉唑·咯菌腈混配制剂的含量检测。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a high performance liquid chromatographic method for the simultaneous analysis of imazalil and fludioxonil. [Method] With Inertsil C_ (8-3) column and diode array detector, acetonitrile-water (96: 4 by volume) was used as the mobile phase. Suspensions for qualitative and quantitative analysis. [Result] The relative standard deviations of imazalil and fludioxonil were 0.86% and 0.98%, respectively. The linear correlation coefficients were 0.9991 and 0.9991, respectively. The average recoveries were 95.56% and 97.89% respectively. [Conclusion] HPLC was sensitive and rapid and suitable for the content determination of 25% imazalilole mixed formulation.
