研究四溴双酚A用量及其与Sb2O3的配比对聚碳酸酯(PC)阻燃性能的影响。结果表明,当四溴双酚A的质量分数为5%,且四溴双酚A与Sb2O3的配比为3.5∶1.0时,所研制的阻燃PC材料的综合性能最佳,其氧指数高达32%,简支梁缺口冲击强度、弯曲强度、拉伸强度与断裂伸长率分别为21.4 kJ/m2、80.4 MPa、59.4 MPa、71.6%。研制的环保型阻燃PC材料尽管含有卤系阻燃剂,但满足欧盟RoHS指令的环保要求,具有很高的使用价值。
The effects of the amount of tetrabromobisphenol A and its ratio with Sb2O3 on the flame retardancy of polycarbonate (PC) were studied. The results showed that when the mass fraction of tetrabromobisphenol A was 5% and the ratio of tetrabromobisphenol A to Sb2O3 was 3.5:1.0, the prepared flame retardant PC material had the best comprehensive properties with oxygen index as high as The notched impact strength, flexural strength, tensile strength and elongation at break of simple beams were 21.4 kJ / m2, 80.4 MPa, 59.4 MPa and 71.6%, respectively. Developed environmentally friendly flame retardant PC materials contain halogen flame retardant, but to meet the EU RoHS directive environmental requirements, with high value.
