机械液压拉伸法在英国、苏联、德国、美国等国家,经多年研究,现已实际应用到生产中,拉伸不锈钢、铝等板材。有专用的压力机如Lagan250等。 一、加工原理及计算 机械液压拉伸分两种类型(见图1)。图1a中左图是三动压机作一般拉伸;右图是作机械液压拉伸,压力室中注满液体。图1b所示为另一种机械液压拉伸法,压机上部装有蓖麻油,用橡皮膜封住,内部最大压力可达29000磅/时~2,拉伸板料厚度可达0.63时。橡皮膜用耐磨损的织物覆盖,在进行拉伸前,坯件与它之间还要垫上橡皮垫,以延长其使用寿命。
Mechanical hydraulic stretching method in the United Kingdom, the Soviet Union, Germany, the United States and other countries, after years of research, has been actually applied to the production, stretching stainless steel, aluminum and other sheet. The left figure in Figure 1a shows the three-piece dynamic press for general stretching. The right part is for mechanical hydraulic stretching, and the pressure chamber is filled with liquid. Fig. 1b shows another mechanical hydraulic drawing method in which the upper part of the press is filled with castor oil and sealed with a rubber film. The maximum internal pressure can reach 29,000 lb / hr ~ 2 and the tensile sheet thickness can reach 0.63. The rubber membrane is covered with a wearable fabric, and a rubber pad is padded between the blank and it before it is stretched to prolong its useful life.
