山西某办公楼总高159.55 m,为剪力墙结构。该结构高度超出B级高度限值22.7%,属于超限高层建筑。采用ABAQUS软件对该结构遭受罕遇地震作用的情况进行模拟,研究结构的受力、变形及损伤情况。分析表明,该结构地震反应符合规范限值,已保留足够的安全储备,具有较好的抗震性能,能满足大震不倒的抗震设防目标。
An office building in Shanxi total height of 159.55 m, for the shear wall structure. The height of the structure exceeds the B level height limit of 22.7%, belonging to the overrun high-rise building. The ABAQUS software was used to simulate the rare earthquakes suffered by the structure and to study the stress, deformation and damage of the structure. The analysis shows that the seismic response of the structure conforms to the standard limits, has reserved sufficient safety reserves, has good seismic performance, and can meet the earthquake-resistant fortification target of large earthquake.
