一、前言内燃机有关部件的日常研究,实际上取得了很大的成绩,其进步是有目共睹的。但在这些改进中,依然存在着一个难题:即流体作用所产生的侵蚀。船用内燃机因体积大,故其作用也增大。一般所说的侵蚀,可作如下分类。磨损机理 (i)粘着 (ii)磨蚀 (iii)腐蚀 (iv)疲劳特别是属于疲劳的穴蚀、化学腐蚀及双金属腐蚀都是发生在与流体有关的部位上的几个棘手的问题。从分析柴油机气缸套和机体的穴蚀情况来看,穴蚀起到了很大的作用。其他的主要因素,即双金属、化学腐蚀也起到了某些作用。下面谈谈大型柴油机的修补方法。
I. INTRODUCTION The routine research on internal combustion engine related components has in fact achieved great achievements. Its progress is obvious to all. However, in these improvements, there is still a problem: the erosion caused by fluid action. Marine engines because of its large size, so its role also increased. The so-called erosion can be classified as follows. Abrasion Mechanism (i) Adhesion (ii) Abrasion (iii) Corrosion (iv) Fatigue Corrosion, especially fatigue, chemical and bimetallic corrosion are a few of the thorny issues that occur with fluid-related parts. From the analysis of diesel engine cylinder liner and body cavitation point of view, cavitation has played a significant role. Other major factors, namely bimetallic, chemical attack also play some role. Here to talk about large diesel repair methods.
