在农业和葡萄生产中使用含砷农药,导致葡萄及葡萄酒中砷水平升高。某些欧洲国家和美国加利福尼亚州在葡萄生产中虽不再使用含砷农药,但在其它农产品生产中却广泛地使用。本文作者分析了当地佐餐用的19个葡萄酒样品中砷的几种形式,其中包括13种白葡萄酒和红葡萄酒。用Braman改良法测定亚砷酸盐(As~(+3)),砷酸盐(As~(+5)),甲肿酸(MAA)和二甲次胂酸(DMAA)的含量。同时也用X-射线萤光分光法(XRF)测定了4份样品中总砷的含量。分析结果表明,As~(+3)含量范围从少于1ppb至420ppb,As~(+5)自1至110ppb。
The use of arsenic-containing pesticides in agriculture and grapes leads to elevated arsenic levels in grapes and wine. Some European countries and California, the United States, no longer use arsenic-containing pesticides in grapes but are widely used in other agricultural products. The authors analyzed several forms of arsenic in 19 wine samples for local tableaux, including 13 white and red wines. The contents of arsenite (As ~ (+3)), arsenate (As ~ (+5)), melatonin (MAA) and dimethylarsinic acid (DMAA) were determined by the Braman method. The total arsenic content in 4 samples was also determined by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry (XRF). The results showed that As ~ (+3) content ranged from less than 1 ppb to 420 ppb and As ~ (+5) was from 1 to 110 ppb.
