背景与目的:非霍奇金淋巴瘤复发与多种因素有关,影像学检查是判断是否复发及预后风险评估的重要手段。本研究用SYNAPSE软件测量脾脏体积旨在预测非霍奇金淋巴瘤复发的预后危险因素。方法:收集本院1999—2006年非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者48例,均经临床、PET及病理确诊。通过多层螺旋CT(MSCT)曲线测量软件测定脾脏体积,观察未复发与复发病例脾脏的体积变化。结果:①脾脏体积与病理分型非霍奇金淋巴瘤复发之间差异亦有显著性(F=3.887,F=4.032,P<0.05);②脾脏体积与性别,年龄及临床分型之间差异无显著性(t=0.225、F=1.154、F=0.695,P>0.05);③脾脏体积与非霍奇金淋巴瘤复发之间呈显著正相关(r=0.497,P<0.001)。结论:MSCT脾脏体积测定简单,快速准确,对非霍奇金淋巴瘤复发预测有一定价值。脾脏体积值较大时提示有复发的可能性。
BACKGROUND & OBJECTIVE: Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma recurrence is related to many factors. Imaging examination is an important means to judge whether recurrence and prognosis risk assessment. The purpose of this study to measure spleen volume with SYNAPSE software was to predict the prognostic risk factors for non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma recurrence. Methods: Forty-eight patients with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma from 1999 to 2006 in our hospital were collected. All patients were confirmed by clinical, PET and pathology. The volume of spleen was measured by multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) curve measurement software to observe the changes of spleen volume in non-recurrent and recurrent cases. Results: ① There was also significant difference between spleen volume and pathological type of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma recurrence (F = 3.887, F = 4.032, P <0.05); ② The difference between spleen volume and sex, age and clinical classification There was no significant difference between the two groups (t = 0.225, F = 1.154, F = 0.695, P> 0.05). ③ There was a significant positive correlation between spleen volume and recurrence of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (r = 0.497, P <0.001). Conclusion: The measurement of splenic mass in MSCT is simple, rapid and accurate, and it is of value in predicting the recurrence of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. When the spleen volume value is larger, suggesting the possibility of recurrence.
