本文从极化曲线和其它文献等结果着手得出恒电位浸蚀M2高速钢中单相碳化物的条件,然后用恒电位浸蚀——图像分析法和物理化学相分析法测定M2高速钢回火样品中单相碳化物的体积百分数和重量百分数。由(1)式可得到各碳化物的比重(实验值);另一方面由(2)式也可求得各碳化物的比重(理论值)。从实验上得到,两种方法求出的比重非常接近,因而说明恒电位浸蚀——图像分析法是分析高合金钢中单相碳化物含量的有效工具。
In this paper, we get the conditions of single-phase carbides in M2 high-speed steel by potentiostatic etching from the results of polarization curves and other literature. Then we use the potentiostatic etching-image analysis and physical chemical analysis Volume Percent and Weight Percent of Single Phase Carbides in Fire Samples. The specific gravity (experimental value) of each carbide can be obtained from the formula (1). On the other hand, the specific gravity (theoretical value) of each carbide can also be obtained from the formula (2). Experimental results show that the two methods are very close to the specific gravity, indicating that potentiostatic etching - image analysis is an effective tool for the analysis of high-alloy steel single-phase carbide content.
