随着婴幼儿教养研究工作的不断深入,对“婴幼儿行为的观察与分析”已成为教师了解孩子的重要途径与手段。配合二期课改,上海市教委教研室“0~3岁婴幼儿教养活动研究中心组”开展了相关教研活动。本期刊发的三篇文章,分别就“推娃娃车”“垒高”“走楼梯”等三个情景,讨论了教师如何观察、分析与支持婴幼儿行为的问题。它给我们的启示是:幼儿园教师应该做“最有效的事”“最适合教师做的事”“最有利于孩子的事”,捕捉“寻常时刻”,学会观察孩子、走近孩子、读懂孩子,真正成为孩子学习的支持者、引导者。
With the deepening of infant and child rearing research, the observation and analysis of “infant behavior” has become an important way and means for teachers to understand their children. With the second class curriculum reform, Shanghai Education Commission, “0 ~ 3-year-old Infant Correctional Research Center group” to carry out related teaching and research activities. The three articles published in this issue discuss the teachers’ questions on how to observe, analyze and support the behavior of infants and young children on three scenarios: “pushing baby car”, “base high” and “taking the stairs” respectively.
