针对大佛寺煤矿胶带运输巷支护难题,采用工程地质调查、理论分析等手段,分析了复杂围岩环境下巷道的变形破坏特征,得出围岩特性、底板围岩遇水膨胀、采动影响、支护结构的不耦合是导致巷道大变形的主导因素。提出了“高强高预应力锚杆(索)+底角锚杆”支护技术控制巷道围岩稳定性。工程应用结果表明,该支护形式,可以有效控制巷道围岩的剧烈变形,大幅度提高巷道的安全性。
Aiming at the difficult problem of belt support in the coal mine belt of Dafosi Coal Mine, the characteristics of deformation and failure of the roadway in complex surrounding rock are analyzed by means of engineering geological survey and theoretical analysis. The characteristics of surrounding rock are obtained. , The uncoupling of the supporting structure is the main factor leading to the large deformation of roadway. Proposed “high strength and high prestressed anchor (cable) + basement anchor ” support technology to control the surrounding rock stability. The engineering application shows that the support form can effectively control the severe deformation of roadway surrounding rock and greatly improve the safety of roadway.
