实践证明,并不是所有的体育锻炼都能促进人的身体发展,不恰当的运动项目和运动方式有时会使锻炼适当其反。因此,我们有必要研究体育锻炼对人的身体发展,特别是对初中学生身体发展的一般规律,搞清身体发展的含义、身体发展的因素、身体发展的动力等问题。
Practice has proved that not all physical exercises can promote the development of human body, inappropriate exercise programs and sports sometimes make exercise appropriate. Therefore, we need to study the physical development of physical training on the human body, especially for the general laws of junior high school students body development, to clarify the meaning of physical development, physical development factors, motivation and other issues of physical development.
