用于Si、Mn合金冶炼的12500kVA紫铜集电环,其输入电压为10000V,输出电压为110V,由两个半圆环及翅板组成。该集电环由含铜90%以上的铜合金浇铸而成,其总重量为867ks。在浇铸过程中产生了大面积疏松,某些关键部位还出现较大尺寸的缩孔,未达到承受高压所应满足的条件,若重新熔化浇铸将导致较大损失。我们采用焊补的方法对大面积疏松和缩孔进行修复,取得较大的经济效益,焊补大型铜件获得了成功。 1 焊接工艺
