水性环氧树脂在成膜过程中,随水分的蒸发形成各乳胶粒的密集堆积,即形成许多“微区”,当采用水溶性固化剂时,固化反应首先在“微区”的界面上进行,造成界面的交联密度迅速增大,固化剂不易扩散进入“微区”内部,使其内部的交联密度相对较低,固化交联反应不均匀和彻底,导致固化后环氧树脂的力学性能下降,因此深入了解水性环氧树脂固化过程,对水性环氧树脂的应用具有极其重要的作用.“,”During the film formation of the aqueous epoxy latexes many “microregions” are formed along with water evaporation. The water solubility compounds are used as curing agents the cure reaction occurred at the surfaces of the “microregions” firstly. This leads to crosslinking density of the “microregions” surfaces enhance rapidly and the curing agents diffuse in the “microregions” interior difficultly and the crosslinking density of the “microregions” interior become lower. The performances of the cured resins decreased because of the nonuniform curing reaction. The waterborne epoxy curing process has an extremely important role on the application of the waterborne epoxy resin
