当前脉冲涡流外检测的研究对象主要是带泡沫保温层的化工管道,而海洋石油工程中常用的配重海底管道包覆层为钢筋混凝土结构,内部存在铁矿砂、钢丝网等复杂磁场环境。本文利用ANSYS有限元软件建立了混凝土配重海底管道有限元模型,通过数值仿真计算,研究分析了不同壁厚混凝土配重海底管道对应的脉冲涡流检测电压信号曲线,为脉冲涡流检测在配重海底管道中的应用提供了一定的参考依据。
The current research object of pulsed eddy current detection is mainly the chemical pipeline with foam insulation layer, while the commonly used counterweight seawater pipeline coating in offshore oil engineering is a reinforced concrete structure with complex magnetic field environment such as iron ore, steel mesh and so on. In this paper, finite element software of ANSYS finite element software was used to establish the finite element model of concrete counterweight subsea pipeline. Through numerical simulation, the corresponding pulse eddy current detection voltage signal curves of different wall thickness concrete counterweight submarine pipelines were studied and analyzed. The application in the pipeline provides a certain reference.
