目的分析一起桶装水污染苯及苯系物引起食物中毒的案例,为预防类似事件的发生提供参考。方法对现场进行流行病学、卫生学调查;采集病人肛门拭子标本及水样,实验室检测诺如病毒和苯系物,按国标检测并综合分析。结果诺如病毒阴性。从发病者共同饮用的桶装水中检测出苯(超标80倍)和甲苯(超标10倍),判定该次中毒因饮用被污染苯及苯系物的桶装水引起中毒。结论桶装水存在卫生安全隐患,应加强对无证无照桶装水生产厂家的查处,加强对厂家、销售代理、送水站的监督管理,以确保桶装水安全。
Objective To analyze a case of food poisoning caused by the contamination of benzene and benzene series products by barreled water and provide a reference for preventing the occurrence of similar incidents. Methods Epidemiology and hygiene investigation were conducted in the field. Samples of the swabs and samples from the anus swabs were collected, and Norovirus and benzene derivatives were detected in the laboratory. According to the national standard, they were detected and analyzed comprehensively. Norovirus negative results. Benzene (over 80 times) and toluene (over 10 times) were detected from the bottled water that was commonly consumed by the patients, and it was determined that the poisoning caused by drinking the bottled water from the contaminated benzene and benzene series substances. Conclusions There is a health and safety hazard in bottled water. The investigation and handling of unmanufactured bottled water manufacturers should be strengthened and the supervision and management of manufacturers, sales agents and water supply stations should be strengthened so as to ensure the bottled water safety.
