1980～1991年我院遗传室共发现先天愚型70例,现就其临床特征、核型、产前诊断等有关因素进行探讨。
From 1980 to 1991, a total of 70 cases of Down’s syndrome were found in the genetics room of our hospital. The clinical features, karyotype, prenatal diagnosis and other related factors were discussed.
