椎基底动脉供血不足（ＶＢＩ）是一种常见的缺血性脑血管病。我们应用经颅多普勒超声（ＴＣＤ）检测了临床诊断为ＶＢＩ的患者３３人，通过测定其椎—基底动脉平均血流速度（Ｖｍ），对转颈试验前后的结果进行比较分析。结果转颈前椎基底动脉的异常率为６６．６７％，转颈后测得其异常率为９６．９７％。
Vertebrobasilar insufficiency (VBI) is a common ischemic cerebrovascular disease. We used transcranial Doppler ultrasound (TCD) to detect 33 patients with clinically diagnosed VBI. The vertebrobasilar artery mean velocity (Vm) was measured to compare the results before and after the neck trial. Results The abnormal rate of anterior vertebrobasilar artery was 66.67% before anterior cervical rotation and 96.97% after anterior cervical rotation.
