目的:研究毛郁金根茎不同生长期挥发性化学成分,为毛郁金的合理栽培及质量标准制订提供参考。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取毛郁金挥发油,应用GC毛细管柱进行分离,质谱检测,面积归一化法测定其相对含量。结果:各生长期毛郁金根茎的主要挥发性成分基本相同,其中总含量最高的为姜黄二酮,横县野生品含量最高,达16.35%,南宁明阳农场栽培一年生毛郁金含量也较高,为15.81%;其次含量较高的为桉油精,横县栽培二年生毛郁金含量高达15.40%,横县野生品含量为14.59%;其他含量较高的有β-榄香烯、β-石竹烯、丁香酚和吉马酮等萜类化合物。结论:不同生长期的毛郁金挥发性成分基本相同,但主要成分含量有别,此结果为推广毛郁金种植生产提供了依据。
OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents of Vitis vinifera var. Pubescens during different growth stages, and to provide a reference for the rational cultivation and quality standardization of V. capitatum. Methods: Volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation. GC capillary column was used for separation, mass spectrometry detection and area normalization method to determine the relative content. Results: The main volatiles were basically the same in all the rhizomes of M. capitatum. The highest content of curcumin was the highest in total, 16.35% in Hengxian, and the annual tulip content was 15.81 in Mingyang Farm of Nanning %; Secondly, the content of eucalyptol was higher, the annual perennial hair tulip content was 15.40% in Hengxian and 14.59% in Hengxian. The content of other content was higher than that of β-elemene, β-caryophyllene and eugenol And jimacone and other terpenoids. Conclusion: The volatile components of the hair tulip in different growth stages are basically the same, but the content of the main components is different. The results provide the basis for popularizing the cultivation of tulip gold.
