平菇栽培比较粗放、简单,但要能获得高产稳产并非容易.现将我们在实践中摸索出的三项增产措施介绍如下:(一)把好菌种关选择好菌种是平菇高产的决定性因素.①应选适应性广、抗杂菌力强的菌株,如平菇HP-1、佛罗里达平菇、美味侧耳等.为防止菌种退化,在制种中不能无限制转管,应多采用有性繁殖和更换母种培养基配方.②选用适龄菌种,发菌温度在24~28℃下,750毫升广口瓶装菌种菌龄在25~30天;33×17厘米袋装菌种菌龄在30~40天为宜.发菌期间应避免堆积高温促发(30℃以上)和解口通风等助长,菌种若有干散和隐杂现象,则不宜采用.
