用大肠杆菌PQ37和PQ35,分别以4-硝基喹啉-N-氧化物(4NQO)和丝裂霉素C(MMC)微量持续和/或脉冲诱导模式测定了15种中药水提物、蔬菜汁和化学品溶液对依lexsfi-SOS反应的影响。结果表明,黄精、诃子、首乌、女贞子、浙贝母、带蒂菱殳水提物,韭菜汁以及5-氟尿嘧啶、鞣酸和大蒜素溶液对4NQO持续和脉冲诱导的SOS反应有线性抑制作用,提示该作用发生在PQ37菌细胞内和外;其中诃子、女贞子、浙贝母、带蒂菱殳水提物、韭菜汁、5-氟尿嘧啶、鞣酸溶液还能在PQ35胞内抑制MMC诱导的SOS反应。灰树花兼有在PQ37外或PQ35内抑制4NQO或MMC诱导的SOS反应。而生山楂、白芷、麦冬、5-氟脱氧尿苷仅能在PQ37外抑制4NQO诱导的SOS反应。
