我国职业教育发展肇始于民国时期。从教育体系、办学形式、地域发展、社会需求、职教立法等五个方面对民国时期的职业教育的发展特征进行分析,意图对我国当前职业教育的发展问题有所启示。一般来说,职业教育是指让受教育者获得某种职业或生产劳动所需要的职业知识、技能和职业道德的教育。其目的是培养应用人才和具有一定文化水平和专业知识技能的劳动者。不同于普通高等教育和成人继续教育,职业教育偏重于实践技能和实际工作能力,以满足国民经济各领域和社会
The development of vocational education in our country began in the Republic of China. This paper analyzes the development characteristics of vocational education during the Republic of China from five aspects of education system, school form, regional development, social demand and vocational education legislation. It is intended to give some enlightenment to the development of current vocational education in our country. In general, vocational education refers to educating the educated people about the occupational knowledge, skills and professional ethics required for a certain occupation or production. Its purpose is to train employers and workers with a certain level of literacy and professional knowledge and skills. Unlike ordinary higher education and adult continuing education, vocational education emphasizes practical skills and practical working ability to meet the needs of all sectors of the national economy and society
