目的:探讨三拗汤各组方药材组成复方后挥发油的组成成分变化。方法:采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取三拗汤及其富含挥发油的组方药材麻黄、苦杏仁的挥发油,并通过GC-MS联用技术对其进行分析鉴定和比较研究。结果:三拗汤挥发油的GC-MS TIC化学信号主要来源于组方药材麻黄和苦杏仁,但是单味药材麻黄和苦杏仁中一些化学信号于复方三拗汤中未检测到。结论:利用GC-MS比较分析方法研究三拗汤各组方药材组成复方后挥发性成分的变化,为揭示其效应物质基础和配伍机理奠定基础。
Objective: To investigate the changes of the constituents of the volatile oil after the compound prescription of San’ao Decoction. Methods: The volatile oil of San-Ao-Tang and its volatile oil-containing medicinal herbs, ephedra and bitter almond, was extracted by steam distillation and analyzed by GC-MS. Results: GC-MS TIC chemical signals of Sanao decoction volatile oil mainly came from the prescription herbs ephedra and bitter apricot, but some chemical signals of the medicinal herbs ephedra and bitter almond were not detected in Fufang San’ao decoction. Conclusion: GC-MS comparative analysis method was used to study the changes of volatile components of the compound prescriptions of San’Ao Tang. The study lays the foundation for revealing the substance basis and compatibility mechanism of San’ao Tang.
