如何提高毛状根的诱导率,是毛状根培养中关键的一步。文章概述了在利用发根农杆菌诱导药用植物毛状根过程中,转化方法、发根农杆菌Ri质粒类型以及菌液浓度、植物种类和外植体取材部位及其放置方式和处理方法、外植体预培养和共培养及感染时间、外源激素及抗生素和乙酰丁香酮、光照条件等多种因素对药用植物毛状根诱导率的影响情况和较佳选择,以期能为进一步扩大发根农杆菌的寄主范围和毛状根的大规模培养提供参考,从而有利于建立一个较为完善和普遍适用的高频转化体系。
How to improve the hairy root induction rate is a key step in hairy root culture. In this paper, we summarized the transformation methods, the type of Ri plasmid of Agrobacterium rhizogenes, the concentration of bacterial broth, the species of plant and explants, the way of its placement and its disposal in the process of hairy root induction of medicinal plants by Agrobacterium rhizogenes. Effects of pre-culture and co-culture of explants and infection time, exogenous hormones, antibiotics and acetosyringone, light conditions and other factors on the induction rate of hairy roots of medicinal plants and better choices in order to further expand The host range of Agrobacterium rhizogenes and the large-scale cultivation of hairy roots provide a reference for the establishment of a more perfect and universally applicable high-frequency transformation system.
